MERCED, CA – The Merced SPCA is holding a fundraiser to support their ongoing efforts to care for and place animals in forever homes. The fundraiser will be held at Florencio’s Fine Mexican Dining located at 731 E. Yosemite Ave., on February 22, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m. Tickets are just $12.00 and include your choice of Burrito. 2 Tacos. 2 Enchiladas, Chile Colorado, or Chili Verde and served with rice and beans. You can buy tickets at the shelter located 1021 E. Childs Ave., in Merced or call them at (209) 384-7722 to make arrangements to have one of the good folks from the shelter bring the tickets to your home or business.
According to their website, the Merced SPCA is entirely supported by donations and fund-raising events. All staff and supporters volunteer their time and energy for our furry friends.
The Merced Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is a non-profit organization that is operated by the help of kind dedicated volunteers.
