Merced Police Gang Violence Suppression Unit Officers stop a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 2100 Block of “K” Street. During the traffic stop, officers identified Franky Pilcher as a passenger inside of the vehicle, discovering that he had a warrant for his arrest for violating his parole conditions. Officers conducted a search of the vehicle where Pilcher was seated and discovered a small quantity of methamphetamine drugs and burglary tools. Pilcher was arrested and booked in the Merced County Jail on the active warrant, drug violation, and for possession of burglary tools.
Merecd County Sheriff’s Office arrest records show Pilcher has been arrested since 2012 for numerous parole violations as well as Criminal Terrorist Threats in November 2014.
